Not Me!
It's 21:10 and although I was planning an early night, my body says different. I am currently showing symptoms of a Vitamin B12 deficiency, and luckily my body is very good at craving what I need.
I want that cheese!!!
Cheese being a good source of Vitamin B12 is a healthy option, of course half an apple to help neutralise and clean my teeth like a traditional ploughman's lunch also helps (before cleaning them properly, obviously) , and half a carrot just because it looked appealing when I opened the fridge.
I have learnt to listen to my body's cravings and I urge you to try it. I will awake in the morning feeling a bit stronger and happier too. I do not do well when hungry, in fact being Hangry is very much an issue for me at times....Just ask my friend Dave; he saw this in full swing Sunday evening as I waltzed myself back to his flat at 11pm. Poor soul got a spit of my grumpiness and shortness only to witness it instantly dissipate after three bites of a Chicken donner I was craving (although that craving was as I cant find one in Norfolk and good old Tottenham always provides!)
I don't eat at acceptable regular times, most of the time I eat when I am hungry. This also helps combat gaining too much weight, which no one appreciates!
