I have tried many different things to help me regain balance in life so that I can achieve a satisfying and meaningful life journey. This is always a work in progress and for many of us facing these conditions, can be particularly draining to keep on top of. I urge you to also try to create your own versions of what I have provided to suit your personal needs. Afterall we are all wonderfully different and individual, so remember to give yourself grace and time to find what works.
