Today I was celebrated which encouraged me to continue to unmask and share it more following a good few months of nearly complete isolation, so here goes...... ADHD & RSD increased during my already psychotic PMDD weeks has cost me many (if not all) close friendships in my life, it makes you feel like you're going crazy .... Represents as schizophrenia as the following weeks as I come back to earth and can seem normal again, providing the burnout hasn't set in 😅...It also gave me empathy, and allows me to appreciate the smallest beauty in life.....and just so y'all know the love was never lost! (Just badly bruised, but thankfully bruises heal).

Comorbid and neurological conditions are so misunderstood and under recognised, but with self awareness and education and shared compassion and empathy, hopefully future generations will have better support systems to lean on.
